Customer agreement

Accounts are funded with supported digital assets. Deposits are credited only after on-chain confirmation and verification; withdrawals require identity verification and are reviewed before they are sent. Digital-asset transfers are irreversible: always send on the network shown.

Investment plans lock the committed amount until maturity, or until an authorized administrative action closes, extends or terminates the investment, each of which is recorded and notified to you. Order execution is not currently offered.

Zenvex Capital may restrict accounts, reject orders, decline deposits that cannot be verified, or hold withdrawals for review to protect customers and the platform.
